Wow is all I can say! Joey Jr. Is an awesome sales rep who gets you in a bed that is comfortable for an honest and reasonable price. I even forgot to get my change from him after paying and he called to tell me that I forgot and sent it with his delivery guys. He could’ve pocketed my money but he was honourable and will definitely be getting my business in the future along with my strong recommendation to anyone looking for a mattress!
We really enjoyed the decor in the store mostly because we are both musicians. I even got to play a beautiful 12 string that was there. Joey was very attentive to our needs and we got the mattress we needed for a price we can afford. I would recommend R&R City Mattress Co to everyone.
I came here a year ago to buy a box spring & came back when I needed a new mattress set. Joey was helpful, found several options in my price range, in stock & delivered the next afternoon. The whole experience was hassle free, much less expensive and time-consuming than I thought it would be. Beautiful showroom & cool decor!

Joey Jr was way more than I was expecting.. he explained the financing options well enough that I didn’t need to ask too much (I have never used financing for furniture).. a very respectful guy and knows his inventory.. excellent experience. I also favor family businesses and am all about the local economy..

I stopped in randomly today to the Strongsville location, simply saw the signs and decided to check it out. SO glad I did… Karen was incredibly helpful. I wound up purchasing two phenomenal mattresses, one for my son who is ready to upgrade to full size, and an adjustable bed for my husband and I who, both of us have issues with our health. I didn’t think we would be able to afford a bed that was that comfortable and adjustable to meet our health needs She worked out an amazing price, and the service was great. I would highly recommend this location
