If you feel you have made the wrong choice, we offer you the ability to re-select one time after the proper adjustment and break-in period of 30 nights and before the expiration of the 90th night of in-home use. Provided your mattress is not soiled, stained, torn, abused, or in any way, in an unsanitary condition, you will receive a store credit equal to 90% of the purchase amount of your mattress/set toward the one-time re-selection. a nominal redelivery fee may apply. adjustable beds, pillows, pads, sheets, and other accessories are exempt from return or re-selection. The Mattress you return will be sanitized by the guidelines of the laws of the State of Ohio and sold as “used” in a clearance center at a reduced price. So relax, we’ve got your back! Our retail partners may offer a year (365 day) or longer trial period. You may be entitled to a full refund if you do not decide to keep your purchase. 2-HOUR DELIVERY & SET UP
Our delivery trucks are ready to Rock & Roll. We can deliver to you at your convenience. Our Skilled delivery techs will contact you on the morning of your delivery & give you a 2-hour delivery window in which they will complete the delivery of your new mattress set. We can move your old mattress set as long as it is in a sanitary condition, to a temporary area, for a planned removal by a third-party sanitation service. There is a fee of $25 to remove each piece of your old mattress, which is to be paid directly to the removal service. Our Delivery techs are trained and equipped with the proper tools to assemble the products we provide, any type of moving assembling and disassembling other items in your home is forbidden. They exert much care & effort to deliver without damage to your home & property. We treat your home like it is ours. We care about installing properly, our techs will go over operating instructions on power lift chairs & power bases. So relax, we’ve got your back!
